Use: STAFLEX Maleates have a variety of molecular weights, which have found use as an additive and intermediate in the synthesis of other organic compounds, including resins and surfactants; they have been used in emulsion copolymerization reactions with vinyl acetate to product a paint base compound as internal plasticizers and in the manufacture of sulfosuccinates which are powerful wetting agents for detergent applications.
